v1.1.6 Update — 19 New NGN Questions, Onboarding Language Selection, Blog Launch
v1.1.6 Is Here
This update focuses on new questions, UI/UX improvements, and data quality enhancements. Here’s what’s changed.
New Questions: 19 Drag to Target
We’re releasing 19 new Drag to Target questions — an Extended Drag and Drop type within the NGN (Next Generation NCLEX) question format.
Drag to Target asks you to drag options to the correct positions, measuring more refined clinical judgment than traditional Drag and Drop. Premium subscribers can try them right now.
UI/UX Improvements
Language Selection Added to Onboarding
You can now choose your preferred language during onboarding after installing the app. Previously, you had to complete onboarding first and then change the language separately in settings. Now you can start in your preferred language from the very first screen.
Markdown Support for Question Text
Question text now supports markdown formatting such as bold and italic. Just like the actual NCLEX exam highlights important keywords, you can quickly identify key information while solving questions.
Language Display Bug Fixed
In some NGN questions, parts of the UI were prematurely displayed in your selected language before submitting an answer. Now only the English original is shown before submission, and translations in your selected language appear after submission.
Weak Concept Analysis Bug Fixed
Fixed a bug where the weak concept analysis on the dashboard wasn’t displayed despite solving many questions. Once sufficient study data is accumulated, weak areas are now properly analyzed and displayed.
Data Quality Improvements
Medical Dictionary Translation Corrections
Batch-corrected entries in the medical dictionary where translations were overly verbose or missing. Search results are now more accurate and concise.
SATA Question Corrections
Fixed 6 Multiple Response (SATA) questions where all options were marked as correct. 1 question was removed and 5 were corrected by readjusting the answer options.
Tab Title Standardization
Tab titles in questions added during the Lunar New Year holiday were using non-standard names. These have been unified to the tab labels used in the actual NCLEX exam (Nurses’ Notes, Vital Signs, Laboratory Results, etc.).
NClick Blog Launch
Alongside this update, we’ve officially launched our own blog. The page you’re reading right now is that very blog!
Previously, tapping “Announcements” in the settings page would redirect you to a Naver blog. Going forward, this blog will deliver service news, study tips, NGN question explanations, and more in 14 languages.
Other Improvements
- Overall service stability improvements
- SEO optimization (structured data, multilingual sitemap expansion)
- Internal logging system improvements
Coming Next
- CAT Practice Exam — An adaptive algorithm-based practice exam, identical to the real test, is coming soon.
- More Practice Questions — We’re continuously developing questions across all subjects. In particular, practice questions covering all NGN question types will be available soon.
The update is available on the App Store (iOS/Android) and web (nclick.kr).
NClick will continue striving to provide NCLEX-RN test takers with higher quality questions and a better study experience.
