Notice: Subject Practice Issue Recovery
We would like to inform all NClick users.
From 03:00 to 13:00 (KST) on March 20, 2026, an issue occurred in the subject-based practice menu. The service is now operating normally after immediate stabilization.
Symptoms
- Only random practice was available in the subject-based practice menu
- Each subject displayed 0 questions
- Subject selection was unavailable
Cause
During database maintenance, a conflict occurred with a legacy version, which caused abnormal behavior in subject question data display.
Actions Taken
- We executed stabilization code immediately after detecting the issue.
- We resolved the conflict area and normalized the data display logic.
- Recovery was completed as of 13:00 (KST) on March 20, 2026, and subject questions are now displayed normally.

- Fully close the app and reopen it.
- If the issue persists, go to Settings > Apps > NClick > Clear Cache, then relaunch the app.
