Question Data Structure Improvement

We have an important update for all NClick users.

The question data structure improvement and migration was carried out from March 8 (Sun) to March 17 (Mon), 2026 and has been completed.

Practice questions remained fully available throughout the migration period and continue to be available now.

What We Did

1. Stem Restructuring (Early Questions)

Some of our earlier questions were written in a format that differs slightly from the real NCLEX exam. We restructured those question stems to more closely match the presentation style of the actual test.

2. Separating Clinical Data into Dedicated Tabs

Information such as Nurses’ Notes and Vital Signs — content that is better presented in its own tab — was separated from the question stem and reorganized into independent tab panels. This aligns with how the real NCLEX exam presents clinical data.

Better Learning Experience

This migration was aimed at giving you a more authentic, exam-like study experience. The work has been completed, and you can now study with the improved question structure. Thank you for your continued support.
