Terms of Service Update (Effective April 8, 2026)
We would like to inform all NClick users of the following changes.
Starting April 8, 2026, portions of the NClick Terms of Service will be updated. As this update includes changes that may be unfavorable to members, we are providing 30 days’ advance notice beginning today (March 9, 2026) via in-app announcements and registered email addresses.
Background
Under NClick’s current system, questions can only be attempted in the order they were created (unless the random mode is selected). This means users must complete the basic concept-check questions created early in development before they can access more advanced questions presenting complex clinical scenarios.
However, depending on your level of study, your NCLEX-RN preparation timeline, and prior experience, being required to complete these easier questions may be unnecessary.
To address this, NClick will separate “concept-check questions” (difficulty 1–2) from “advanced questions” (difficulty 3–5) based on our proprietary 5-level difficulty system, allowing you to choose the difficulty level that suits your learning needs.
As part of this change, to expand free learning coverage, concept-check questions for 5 subjects that were previously available only with a paid subscription will be made free. At the same time, to sustain the ongoing development of high-quality questions and to add greater value to the Premium subscription, advanced questions in Fundamentals of Nursing and Adult Health Nursing that were previously free will become paid content.

- For questions previously solved that are being converted to paid (advanced questions in Fundamentals of Nursing and Adult Health Nursing, difficulty 3–5), the ability to re-attempt them via wrong-answer notes and bookmarks will be restricted after the effective date.
